Katrina is the author of Charlie and the Big Oops, a heartwarming and humorous children’s story that encourages young readers to embrace mistakes as part of learning and growing. She is also the dedicated director of the Dear Casi Foundation, an organization that advocates for families of missing persons and provides vital support during their most challenging moments. To further this mission, 4.5% of all Amazon book sales from Charlie and the Big Oops is donated directly back to the Dear Casi Foundation.
Katrina currently has three additional books in the works, all scheduled for publication in 2026, expanding her mission to uplift, inspire, and connect with young readers and families.
In addition to her writing and advocacy work, Katrina is the co-host of the podcast Thanks, It’s the Trauma, where she helps foster honest conversations about healing, resilience, and the realities of navigating life after loss.
A proud mom of three, Katrina finds endless inspiration in the laughter, curiosity, and everyday adventures that fill her home in South Carolina. Whether she’s crafting imaginative stories, amplifying important voices through her foundation, or connecting with listeners on the podcast, Katrina brings warmth, compassion, and purpose to everything she does.
